Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, holistic approach that works with your body's natural healing abilities. Through sensory, intentional touch, BCST helps restore balance to your nervous system, releasing deeply held physical tensions and emotional patterns that may underlie discomfort or illness.
BCST acknowledges the profound interconnection between your emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health, creating space for deep healing to emerge naturally from within. Learn more here.
