Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a holistic hands-on approach to healing where the interconnections of mind, body, and spirit are deeply acknowledged. It uses gentle light touch to regulate the nervous system, ease physical pain and emotional stress, and foster balance in the body and mind. ​

BCST can help to address chronic conditions related to or resulting from physical and emotional stress, anxiety, trauma and nervous system dysregulation, such as:

  • Back, Neck & Skeletal Pain

  • TMJ/ Jaw Issues

  • Migraine & Headaches

  • Emotional Stress & Anxiety

  • Nervous System Dysregulation

  • Trauma​

  • Grief

Services and Fees

I provide BCST appointments for adults at my studio located in the arts precinct of Collingwood Yards. I welcome all ​presenting concerns and particularly enjoy working with fellow artists, LGBTIQA+ community members, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds. 60-minute appointment: 

Standard: $135

Concession: $114

Artist/art student (dance, visual, music, etc): $73

The studio is accessible by public transport, with tram and bus routes nearby. The building has a lift and gender-neutral bathrooms, with a bike rack in the courtyard. You can enter from either Johnston or Perry St. If driving, note that only on-street parking is available and spaces can be limited. See visitor guide here
